FAQ – Frequently asked questions

1. How did your products made?

By hand – No mass production on a conveyor belt somewhere abroad. Honest handmade work from the Czech Republic. And most importantly – with joy and love :-)

 

2. What if I spill something on the concrete product? Won't it be destroyed?

No. All our products are impregnated, so they repel liquids and do not absorb. Any rag will be enough to remove the consequences of spilled water. But we still recommend paying attention to clothes and carpets. :-)

 

3. What if my joy hidden in concrete falls to the ground. Will it break?

Unfortunately, yes. Although our concrete accessories are more durable than, for example, glass, they are definitely not happy when they hit a hard floor. Therefore, please handle them with increased joy and caution.

 

4. Can I wash concrete dishes in the dishwasher?

We do not recommend washing in the dishwasher. But you can wash all our products in the sink with one poem and we bet that you won't be able to make fun of them.

 

5. Are the products intended for outdoor use?

Clearly. Concrete is a highly resistant material and can handle any weather.

 

6. Isn't the clock too noisy?

They are not. All our clock movements run in silent mode, so they don't tick and you can sleep peacefully.

 

7. Will I get the same product as in the picture?

No. What a piece, the original. Concrete has natural character. Each of our products
it gradually acquires its unique patina. You can be sure that no one else will have the same piece as you.

 

8. How quickly will you deliver the goods to me?

The delivery company is Zaslikovna.cz and the goods will be delivered to your chosen address within 5-7 days, or to Zasilkovna Point (ZBox) in 3-5 days. Personal pick-up after phone appointment in Prague (Czech republic): +420 774 74 54 54. Delivery to other countries will take 5-7 days with the Packeta carrier.

 

9. Can the order be cancelled?

You can cancel orders immediately after they have been sent. Just send a request to cancel the order at info@odlito.cz, or by phone at +420 774 74 54 54. If you have already paid, you will receive the money after cancellation we will send back to your account.

 

10. What if I want to return or exchange the product?

This will not happen because you will fall in love with him at first sight. Even so, all goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. The product you are sending for exchange or return, please take a photo before sending and send to e-mail: info@odlito.cz. The goods must be returned complete, in original condition and must not show signs of wear or use. Send us the goods and a completed exchange/return form.

11. What if I want to complain about the goods?

Even a master carpenter cuts himself. In the event that the goods you received from us are defective, non-functional or damaged, send us detected defects together with photos as soon as possible by e-mail to the address info@odlito.cz. The complaint must contain a description of the detected defects and their manifestations. Please do not delay with your complaint. Complaints reported later than 3 days from the delivery date of the shipment will not be taken into account. The warranty does not cover defects caused by unprofessional or careless handling.
