Withdrawal from the contract/return of goods

All goods purchased on the e-shop www.odlito.cz can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason. Before returning or exchanging, please send us a photo of the product to: info@odlito.cz. Goods must be returned complete, in their original condition and must not show signs of wear or use. Include a completed return form with the returned merchandise. Your money will be paid back to the bank account you specify on the form once you have received the undamaged item.

PROCEDURE: CHOOSE ONE OF THE OPTIONS

A/ By email (info@odlito.cz):

1/ Fill in the form

Download the form:
Form_Withdrawal from the contract

2/ Attach a photo of the product (take a photo of the product before sending - capture the front and back of the product)

3/ Attach a copy of the proof of purchase

4/ Email everything to: info@odlito.cz

5/ Send the package – download the barcoded label containing the return address, stick it on the package and send it via Parcel Service. We will cover the cost of postage.

 

B/ In the box with the returned goods:

1/ Fill in the form

2/ Attach a photo of the goods (send by email to info@odlito.cz)
3/ Attach a copy of the proof of purchase
4/ Send the package – download the barcode label containing the return address, affix it to the package and send it via the Parcel Service. We will cover the cost of postage.
